Canopies for Residential Premises
Our range of glass, polycarbonate, or fabric entrance canopies and walkway structures are the perfect addition to any residential premises. Acting as both practical shelters for residents and guests, and stylish architectural statements, entrance canopies, and covered walkways are essential for any residential building.
Every entrance canopy and covered walkway we design and manufacture is made of the highest quality. We are able to create a custom design to suit your needs, whatever what they may be.
Feature entrance canopies
Entrance canopies or porches can not only serve as an architectural focal feature, but they also give the practical benefits of providing protection from the weather for residents and guests whilst unlocking or waiting for access into the building. They also provide a dry and sheltered space for any deliveries.
Our entrance canopies are available in a range of styles and materials including metal awnings and polycarbonate structures. They are also available in a large selection of colours. This ensures that our canopies will complement and enhance the appearance of any building.
Covered Walkways
Many residential complexes are large and spread across a number of buildings. Facilities, such as bin sheds, postboxes, management and laundry services may all be located in different buildings. Parking also might be a distance away from a resident’s main entrance, which can make getting around the property inconvenient or dangerous if the weather is not favourable.
We offer a range of purpose built walkway systems to enable the safe and dry transition between buildings and facilities. We can also meet any bespoke requirements that you might have.
We also provide canopies for the following industries:

We always advise that you call your local planning authority as there are no hard and fast rules. They will advise on whether you require planning permission for your proposed canopy. Although it differs from region to region canopies under 30m2 may not require permission but this can be affected by situations such as proximity to neighbours, listed building status, conservation areas etc. so it always best to check. We are happy to provide free of charge, scaled drawings etc. of the proposed canopy structure to assist your application should you require.

We have been working within schools for many years. All contractors are Clovis approved and CRB checked. Full risk assessments are carried out prior to starting installation taking into consideration your requirements and safety fencing is erected wherever needed at no additional charge.
- Will there be any additional hidden charges to the quotation?
-
