Cantell School – Haven Courtyard Canopy

We are very pleased with how they look and that they will be a ‘boon’ for our children in terms of shade and rain protection. However my main reason for writing is that I am very pleased with the way in which your staff Martin Sears and Timothy Barclay, have carried out the project. The space we used for the canopies is a main thoroughfare to our playgrounds. They have managed to keep this are very tidy and safe throughout the week so that we can function as a school without any inconvenience. This was mainly due to Martin and Timothy, who in addition to doing such a good job have worked exceptionally well, ensuring ‘business as usual’ and have been very friendly with staff and children. They are a credit to your company and I hope that you will let them know that I have followed up my appreciation of them with this letter.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the two fitters who worked on our canopy. They were very co-operative and professional in their work, and kept us informed throughout. They were also very safety conscious and considered the safety of the children at all times. We were very impressed and would recommend them.

Crosby-on-Eden Primary School has just had one of your canopies fitted over an outside play area for the reception and nursery classroom. I wish you to know that this is the most superb structure and exactly what we wanted. It is very stylish and has been greatly admired by governors, staff, children and parents. I also want to tell you that the help we received from Douglas Cox has been exceptional. I also want you to know that Warren & Anthony who came to carry out the work were the most pleasant, helpful, efficient and ‘warm’ workman that I have had the pleasure of working with. I am sure you will let them know of my gratitude to them and, of course, your company.

I am writing on behalf of staff, governors and pupils to thank you for the excellent canopy which you erected on our school site. We have had a variety of positive comments about the finished structure. I wanted to thank you personally for the care and professional manner in which you set about surveying and quoting for this canopy. We were particularly impressed by the way that you attended to particular requested and necessary changes need to the basic structure (repositioning uprights to avoid doors, gutters, flashing etc). The team who built the canopy were so careful and thorough in their work and the finish of cement areas, paving slabs etc is excellent. I particularly want to thank you for the after installation care for detail which your company attended to. For example any minor details which could not be done during erection such as painting small scratches. This is most commendable to have this after sales service. I have had no qualms in recommending your firm on grounds of value for money, installation and product to other colleagues. Please would you thank all those concerned including the fabricators in the factory.
