I just wanted to write and say thank you for the recent installation of the canopy on our school grounds. Students, staff and governors are delighted with the result and the extra panels that were fitted over the Easter break have made the project complete. Our students seem to like the shelter more and more and when our new picnic tables arrive shortly we will have achieved our objective of creating a great place for them to sit, eat and socialise over morning break and lunch time. Thanks again and maybe in the future you might like to pass our way and call in and see for yourself how much the space is used each and everyday.

I am writing on behalf of the staff, pupils and governors to thank you for the excellent canopy erected by your company during the school summer holidays. The canopy is a tremendous asset to the school in providing a superb all weather activity area for our reception pupils. The assistance of yourself and your colleagues at Clovis has been greatly appreciated and has resulted in a structure which has truly enhanced our school. Our thanks must also go to your site erection team who undertook their work in a prompt, polite and professional manner. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Clovis Canopies to any other school or educational establishment who are considering undertaking a similar project.

We would like to take this opportunity of thanking Clovis Canopies for supplying and installing a superb shade canopy over our Foundation Stage play area which is proving to be “all weather”! The work was completed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction. Your company listened to our requests, provided a canopy which met all our requirements and was constructed with the minimum of fuss whilst the school was in session. The tradesmen who erected the canopy were most accommodating to the needs of the children and school and arranged their work schedule around the children’s play times. No request was ever too much trouble. I was particularly impressed with the regard the workmen paid to health and safety and with keeping the worksite clean and tidy. I also have to congratulate you on your professionalism and aftercare service, which has been second to none. A huge thank you to all of your staff. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Clovis Canopies.

We are very pleased with how they look and that they will be a ‘boon’ for our children in terms of shade and rain protection. However my main reason for writing is that I am very pleased with the way in which your staff Martin Sears and Timothy Barclay, have carried out the project. The space we used for the canopies is a main thoroughfare to our playgrounds. They have managed to keep this are very tidy and safe throughout the week so that we can function as a school without any inconvenience. This was mainly due to Martin and Timothy, who in addition to doing such a good job have worked exceptionally well, ensuring ‘business as usual’ and have been very friendly with staff and children. They are a credit to your company and I hope that you will let them know that I have followed up my appreciation of them with this letter.
